State of Illinois

The State of IL is the fifth largest state in the nation and employs approximately 50,000 people, dispersed over 79 agencies. NGI was part of teams that phased the SAP Financials implementation and is currently engaged in the ongoing SAP SuccessFactors implementation. NGI provides Lead functional consultants and developers to deliver the SAP solutions within the designated go-live dates.

Cook County Illinois

Cook County is the second largest county in the nation and employs over 23,000 individuals across more than 96 agencies, commissioners’ offices and bureaus with the complexity of having 94 bargaining unions. NGI was part of the team that implemented and rolled out the new Workforce Software WorkForce Management solution across all Cook County agencies and employee base ranging from: the sheriff’s office, health and hospital systems, treasurer’s office and more. We successfully centralized and automated their workforce management solution, eliminated manual and paper processes, and reduced OT spend.

LA County Health & Human Services

At Los Angeles County Health and Human Services, NGI is part of the team responsible for the implementation and rollout of their new Workforce Software workforce management solution. NGI is responsible for the deployment of over 600 Workforce Software data collection terminals at all County locations. This includes overall project management, oversight while coordinating site surveys, site preparation, and inspection of the physical mounting and connectivity of the terminals once installed.

New York MTA

NYMTA is the largest transit agency in the United States. NGI was part of a team that was contracted to establish a Shared Services Organization that would provide shared administrative and technology support services to the MTA and it’s agencies in a new centralized platform. While concurrently implementing the Oracle Peoplesoft ERP platform for HR and Financials.

University of Chicago

The University of Chicago is a private research university in Chicago, Illinois and is ranked among the best universities in the world. The University of Chicago embarked on a Financial Systems Transformation (FST) program, a multi-year initiative to streamline its financial and administrative processes leveraging modern technologies. NGI was contracted for the pre-implementation phase and documented the University’s current state, business process review & reengineering, defined the future state requirements, and RFP/selection of software and implementation partner to support the program.

Northwestern University

Northwestern is the oldest chartered university in Illinois and is ranked among the most prestigious academic institutions in the world. NGI is part of the team responsible for the implementation and rollout of their new Workforce Software time and attendance solution. NGI is responsible for delivering all configuration services for the WorkForce Suite at the University. This includes complex pay, accrual and leave calculations for all University hourly employees. NGI implemented on budget with a high approval rating from the client.
