Workforce Software Implementation / Application Consultant
Location: Chicago / Remote
We are seeking a WorkForce Senior Functional and/or Technical Consultant to join our team of smart, capable, and passionate professionals. As a WorkForce Senior Functional/Technical Consultant, you will work as a member of our implementation team to implement the WorkForce Software Time & Attendance applications, provide leadership, and customize the system where necessary. Responsibilities include reviewing clients’ documented business requirements, testing, and implementing configured applications, providing client training, and other tasks for go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Configure WorkForce Time & Attendance which includes setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations according to detailed customer specifications
- Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills
- Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines
- Provide configuration training to clients as needed
- Assist clients with data load and system initialization for go-live activities
- Be responsive and follow through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Experience in WorkForce Software, Kronos Software or other time and attendance software
- Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
- Familiarity with business applications such as Excel or DBMS systems
- Experience and/or ability to learn SQL and write queries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Works well as a team member or individually
- Can facilitate and lead meetings
- Works well with multiple clients concurrently in a client focused environment
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Time & Attendance systems
- Experience providing application support for complex software systems a plus
- Experience in programming in a 3GL or 4GL language
- Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes
- Remote position
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Trainable and willingness to work well with others
- Java experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher-Calc 1 and Calc 2 courses
- Flexibility on project demands
