HCM Cloud Talent/Performance Management Analyst
Our client is implementing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to provide a consolidated ERP solution supporting Counties Agencies, the Cook County Hospital System and the Forest Preserve District. This Countywide ERP Project will drive process improvements, integrate financial, procurement, inventory management, supply chain management, human resources, payroll and benefits processes, and provide a common data repository for all transactions.
This position will be part of the HR functional team. The resource will conduct Requirements analysis, Fit/Gap Assessment of Oracle Performance Management, Process Design, Personalization, Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Testing, and Implementation. Candidates should have implemented Oracle Human Performance Management for at least 5 full implementations of Oracle EBS and at least one (1) implementation of Oracle Cloud Talent Management Suite, and have a strong functional and business experience with personalization and core HR processes and across HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management) in a public sector agency or organization. Ability to work in a team and good communication skills are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement Oracle Cloud Performance Management to the County Hospitals system by mapping out of the box product functionality to county hospital requirements
- Provide business process improvement recommendations to the County Hospital system to map to the Cloud Performance management product
- Work with technical teams to integrate the Performance Management Solution to the Oracle core EBS HCM solution
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables with client team
- Ability to understand CBA’s and implement Performance Management
- Liaison between Business users and Offshore Technical team members
- Write Functional Specifications and Key Design Decision documents
- Identify and communicate risks to management on a timely manner
- Collaborates with stakeholders on the evaluation of the feasibility, effort and costs to implement requirements
- Create test scenarios and develop test scripts
- Work with HCM Lead and County leads on specific initiatives that involve data conversion or integration development
- Develop materials for the workshop sessions and other functional meetings
- Assist in resolving business and system integration issues
- Respond to project management regarding progress and issues
REQUIRED SKILLS
- At least 5 years experience in designing and developing Oracle HCM Performance Management solutions, with in depth understanding of other Oracle HRMS modules.
- Candidate will have at least 5 complete Performance Management HCM implementations in a large city, county or district with at least 1 complete Talent Management Suite Implementation, preferably in a hospital setting
- Candidate must be able to conduct requirements analysis and assessments of current processes
- Good understanding of other modules in HCM suite such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Performance Management
- Historical Data Conversion experience
- Should have a detailed understanding of the various stages of project implementation including Functional Analysis, Conversions and Interfaces, and actively participate in the project
- Integration experience with Oracle EBS HCM on a PAAS platform
- Experience writing Functional Specifications Developed testing scripts to adequately test performance management functionality
- Experience performing System Test planning and execution
- Strong collaboration, and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and achieve results while working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of and experience applying a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, e.g., IBM Oracle Method or Oracle Unified Method
